This year's Big Jingle Jubilee Holiday Parade, brought to you by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 3:30pm and will again be followed by the Secretary of State's annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Celebration at the State Capitol.
